About Me
As a recognized leader in inclusive finance in Africa, I have spent nearly two decades building robust and innovative microfinance models adapted to local needs. I joined Advans at the inception of its first subsidiary in Cameroon in 2007, where I helped lay the foundation of the network by designing organizational processes and defining commercial strategies.
As a pioneer in SME solutions, I launched the group’s first SME segment and introduced a cashflow-based lending model, enabling loans up to €300,000, alongside a full range of services including credit, deposits, savings, and insurance.
My career has led me to head strategic subsidiaries in Nigeria, Pakistan, and now Ghana, where I manage over 650 employees. My mission: to strengthen our social impact while transforming our model in a demanding macroeconomic context.
A former member of France Active (Garance network), I’m deeply committed to the sustainable transformation of financial institutions, the empowerment of talent, and the creation of accessible, inclusive services for African entrepreneurs.
