My background

About Me

A leading figure in inclusive finance in Africa, I have spent nearly 20 years building robust, innovative microfinance models rooted in local realities. Involved from the launch of Advans’ first subsidiary in Cameroon in 2007, I played a key role in structuring the group’s pan-African network, from organizational frameworks to commercial strategies.

A pioneer in SME financing, I launched the group’s first SME segment and developed a cashflow-based lending model, enabling entrepreneurs to access financing of up to €300,000, while deploying comprehensive financial offerings combining credit, deposits, savings, and insurance.

My career has led me to manage strategic subsidiaries in Nigeria, Pakistan, and currently Ghana, overseeing organizations of more than 650 employees, with a constant focus on balancing social impact, operational performance, and resilience in complex macroeconomic environments.

Long engaged in international economic dialogue, I serve as a Foreign Trade Advisor to France, providing strategic insight to French authorities on local economic dynamics. I also serve as President of the France–Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, working to strengthen economic and entrepreneurial partnerships between the two countries.
