About Me
For the past six years, I have been Director of Operations at ONOMO Hotels, overseeing our network of hotels across 13 African countries. My role is to transform challenges into opportunities, ensuring the continued growth and operational excellence of the brand, thus consolidating ONOMO Hotels as a major player on the continent.
With nearly 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I started at Accor as a Sales Manager, then Head of Pricing and Distribution for Accorthalassa, before progressing into key roles: Marketing, Sales and Distribution Director for West Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, where I drove strategies that boosted sales and improved the guest experience. As Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Revenue Management for Africa and the Indian Ocean, I defined commercial strategies to maximize revenues in diversified markets.
My performance-oriented approach is based on a relational and structured management method, combined with strong adaptability in multicultural environments, allowing me to create added value for the company and our clients.
