My background

About Me

A pan-African hospitality executive, I have dedicated more than 24 years of my career to structuring, developing, and transforming hotel networks across the continent.

Today, as CEO of Accor Africa Services, I lead the group’s strategy and operational performance in Africa, with a clear ambition: to accelerate growth, strengthen operational excellence, and sustainably position the group’s brands as benchmarks in fast-evolving markets.

Prior to this role, I led operations at ONOMO Hotels across 13 African countries, where I consolidated the network’s expansion and strengthened its performance in complex and competitive environments. My career at Accor also led me to hold senior regional positions in sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management for Africa and the Indian Ocean, where I defined high-impact commercial strategies across diverse markets.

My approach is built on structured, performance- and results-driven management, combined with strong relational intelligence and the ability to adapt to Africa’s multicultural realities.

I firmly believe that hospitality in Africa is a strategic lever for economic development, job creation, and territorial attractiveness.
