Gilles Hacheme is a researcher at Microsoft’s AI for Good lab in Kenya. With a PhD in econometrics and machine learning, he has dedicated his career to developing useful, accessible AI solutions tailored to the realities of Africa. An active member of the Masakhane NLP community and co-founder of Ai4Innov, he works on concrete projects in computer vision, statistics, remote sensing, and inclusive fashion with InFashAI.
