Alexandre Castel, Commercial Director at WeLight Africa (AXIAN Group). With over 15 years of experience in rural electrification and impact project development, Alexandre founded and co-founded several pioneering initiatives: Station Energy, Nexoo & IoT Africa, before joining VINCI Energies and later WeLight Africa, where he now leads the electrification of 200 villages and manages over 150 employees. A natural entrepreneur, he also develops local projects like The Pasta Bar in Abidjan, combining business and impact.
