About Me
With over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, I specialize in wealth management consulting, digital finance, and leadership training. I have led private bank launch projects, designed innovative digital solutions, and developed training programs for employees and clients, with particular expertise in Africa. I have advised prestigious institutions such as Citibank in New York, JP Morgan, Lombard Odier, UBS, Attijariwafa Bank, and Ecobank, and I currently sit on the board of directors of ACT Group. A trainer at the Swiss Institute for Banking Training (ISFB), I also work with partner banks.
As head of BECKER CONSULTING, I support businesses and individuals in their strategic transformation, financial education, and leadership development. My commitment includes specific support for women and young people to strengthen their autonomy and influence in the financial sector.
