About Me
An expert in financial engineering and asset structuring, I have spent nearly 15 years designing innovative investment solutions at the intersection of international markets and development financing in Africa. From Wall Street to WAEMU, my career has been driven by a common thread: leveraging finance as a tool for sustainable transformation.
After a career in London, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong within major financial institutions (Merrill Lynch, Natixis, Citi, Morgan Stanley), where I led complex quantitative strategies and the creation of systematic investment indices (QIS), I chose to dedicate my expertise to the continent.
Today, as Managing Director of BOAD Securitisation, I structure and oversee the issuance of securitisation funds to finance strategic projects in West Africa. My objective: to connect financial markets with the real needs of the region, combining innovation, rigour, and impact.
Convinced that finance can drive responsible growth, I am committed to building bridges between financial sophistication and economic transformation for the benefit of African states, institutions, and companies.
