About Me
An expert in strategic transformation and large-scale project management, I began my career at PwC in Côte d’Ivoire and South Africa, developing expertise in auditing and financial transactions. I then spent 12 years at the Engen Petroleum Group, progressing from M&A Analyst in South Africa to Regional Finance Director, and then Managing Director of Engen Rwanda. There, I led the expansion into 15 new African markets, structuring mergers and acquisitions, and optimizing organizational efficiency.
I continued my career at Vivo Energy as Country Manager in Gabon, leading strategic restructurings and consolidating the company’s position in competitive markets for 3 years. Now Managing Director of Colas in Côte d’Ivoire, I oversee high-impact infrastructure projects across the continent. I also founded my consulting firm SL Consulting, which specializes in infrastructure and energy project development as well as financial engineering. In 2024, I was the first woman to receive the National Award of Excellence in Civil Engineering and Roads in Côte d’Ivoire.
Committed to female leadership and entrepreneurship, I am an active member of the Women Investment Club (WIC) and a mentor for the HEC Paris PACT Equal Opportunity Program.
Distinguished by Forbes Africa in 2016 and by the Choiseul Institute among the 100 young African economic decision-makers transforming the continent.
