Entrepreneur and international consultant, I am the Founder and Director of MANEGERE Group, a firm specialized in performance management, with offices in France and across Africa. For over 20 years, I have been supporting companies, executives, and entrepreneurs in optimizing their efficiency and implementing high-impact leadership strategies.

I founded MANEGERE in 2002 in France before expanding operations to Benin in 2005 and Côte d’Ivoire in 2010. Today, our network of 30 expert consultants leads organizational transformation and strategic advisory missions that drive measurable impact.

We collaborate with telecom companies, banks, and emerging industries across Africa to structure their recruitment processes, attract top talent, and strengthen their leadership. We also support public and private organizations in building a managerial culture that fosters performance and internal collaboration.
