With over 25 years of experience, I support companies in their strategic transitions, crisis management (predictive or preventive), and digital transformations. I have led route-to-market and critical positioning projects in various sectors. As Chief Operating Officer at Raxio Data Centres, I oversaw the development of digital infrastructures in Africa, strengthening connectivity and data security, while supporting economic growth and digital inclusion. My background includes the launch of Blackberry in Sub-Saharan Africa, the repositioning of Renault in Africa, the strategic direction of Lafargeholcim in Nigeria, and the management of Helios Towers’ operations in the DRC and the Central and West Africa region. These experiences have allowed me to explore 36 African countries since 2007, navigating between diverse languages ​​and cultures.

I also play a role as a “flying doctor” in various industries such as Telecoms, Infrastructure and Equipment, NICT, Textiles, Automotive, etc., helping companies digitize their infrastructure and rethink their operations. My hybrid approach allows me to adapt my interventions to the specific needs of ambitious companies, established in Africa or wishing to expand there.

Alongside these roles, I advise senior executives on career management, operational crises, ethics, and compliance. I also help startups integrate climate issues and diversity into their development strategies. Finally, I sit on several boards of directors, bringing my expertise in strategy and operations to support Africa’s socioeconomic development.
