About Me
With more than 15 years of experience in strategic advisory, investment, and sustainable development, I have dedicated my career to Africa’s economic transformation. My expertise lies at the intersection of public policy, the private sector, and entrepreneurship.
I contributed to the development of national strategies in Rwanda’s coffee and tea sectors before leading Novartis’ expansion across Africa to improve access to medicines. At Adenia Partners, I supported strategic transactions in Côte d’Ivoire, further strengthening my commitment to SME financing and growth.
As Co-founder of Suguba, I worked to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems in West Africa, notably through the creation of Impact Hubs in Bamako, Dakar, and Abidjan, with a strong focus on women and youth empowerment.
Formerly Country Director of TechnoServe in Côte d’Ivoire, I developed programs across agricultural value chains. Since 2025, I have been leading Entrepreneurship Programs at the Mastercard Foundation in the WAEMU region, with the ambition of creating decent and sustainable jobs for young people.
In 2017, I was named a Tutu Fellow in recognition of my commitment to transformative African leadership.
Why I’m doing this ?
A very good exchange. Fayelle had prepared many pieces of advice tailored to my situation, which she had reviewed beforehand. I was able to compare her recommendations with my own information and align them with my short-term decisions together with her. A very effective session!
A high-quality session. I took away the idea of approaching investor clubs and reaching out to government agencies and entities to propose partnerships. Advice that is directly actionable following this mentorship.
A mentorship session that fully met my expectations. The areas for improvement discussed during the session will help me deepen my thinking on the role of technology in agriculture. Concrete and stimulating exchanges.
