Entourage Success Story: Nadine Biagou, from administrative assistant to confident entrepreneur

Today, we give the spotlight to Nadine Biagou, Administrative and Accounting Assistant in the telecommunications sector and founder of her own travel agency. She shares her experience with Entourage and the tangible impact this support has had on both her career and her business.

Can you introduce yourself and tell us briefly about your role in your company?

I am an Administrative and Accounting Assistant in a telecommunications company.
My role involves managing administrative follow-up, acting as the interface between accounting and suppliers, and supporting various internal organizational needs.
Alongside this, I developed an entrepreneurial activity,  and I founded my own travel agency.

What were the main challenges that motivated you to turn to Entourage?

Before joining Entourage, I struggled with a serious lack of self-confidence, especially in a professional setting. I had difficulty asserting myself, speaking in public, and clarifying my career goals. I felt scattered and needed to gain structure and take actions aligned with my ambitions.

Which expert(s) did you work with, and what development areas did you focus on?

I joined a group coaching program with Nabou Fall. We worked on clarifying career goals, building self-confidence, learning to speak up in public, and implementing concrete steps to move forward with our ambitions. At first, I had some apprehensions, but the safe and supportive environment allowed me to open up and make real progress.

Did these sessions trigger any specific breakthroughs or contribute to your personal growth?

Professionally, I have become more proactive and now express my opinions in meetings.
I no longer feel like I am just enduring my position ,I own it. I know this will open up new opportunities and responsibilities for me. As an entrepreneur, I can better identify my clients’ needs and offer more relevant solutions. I’ve also learned how to manage my time more effectively between my job and my business.

How do you see your career evolving in the coming years?

I want to continue training in accounting and finance while developing my leadership and communication skills. My ambition is to inspire others to believe in themselves, to speak up, and to step out of their comfort zone. In the long term, I want to make a greater impact on the development of businesses and projects across Africa.

How would you rate Entourage’s support?

I would say the team has been very available and responsive. I truly felt that my journey mattered to them. This experience gave me so much clarity. Today, I know exactly where I am headed, which trainings to choose, and how to make decisions aligned with my ambitions. If I had to summarize my experience in one word, it would be: Clarity!
