Communicate your availability
The expert will inform Entourage of their usual availability slots. If they are unable to attend, Entourage will reschedule the session to suit both parties.
Receive reservations
Entourage notifies the expert of each reservation it receives, providing them with the professional's profile as well as their specific advice needs (career, business, expertise, etc.).
Join the session
On the appointed day, the expert connects online by activating their camera and answers the professional's questions. At the end of the session, each party evaluates the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions from Experts
No preparation is necessary. Simply join the video call, listen to the professional’s questions, and provide personalized advice on your issues. The sessions require no pre- or post-session work. Entourage will share information about the professional with you in advance, and you can ask questions before the session if you want to best prepare for it.
You can add as many sessions as you like, with no maximum limit. Some experts offer only one hour per month, while others provide more than 15 hours.
Experts can choose to offer sessions lasting from 15 to 60 minutes. Video calls on our platform include a timer feature that prevents your calls from exceeding the reserved time limit.
Absolutely! We welcome international clients who are eager to contribute to Africa’s development. As a platform, we enable professionals from around the world to connect with leading experts working in Africa, just like you.
Our experts charge between €200 and €500 per hour. We can provide you with a rate estimate based on your profile, but you will be the sole decision maker. Some experts also choose to donate their earnings to a charity of their choice.
Entourage is completely free to access. Through a fair pricing model, we only make money when our experts win: we take a commission on every booking made through our platform. This commission helps us cover:
- The platform integration fee in order to create a complete and attractive profile for the expert on our platform.
- Marketing and communications costs to promote the expert to our community and beyond, and thus generate bookings.
- Support fees to assist experts and professionals before, during and after each session, ensuring a mutually satisfactory process and experience.
- The customer follow-up fee to help and encourage customers to implement the expert’s advice, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging them to book again on the platform.
- Scheduling and payment fees to efficiently manage each booking through our partner services (Calendly, Stripe, PayPal).
