About Me
An expert in strategy and economic development, I have built over 15 years of experience at the intersection of public policy and the private sector, driven by a strong conviction: transforming Africa’s challenges into sustainable opportunities.
At the Presidency of Rwanda, I contributed to defining and driving key national priorities. I then joined the Rwanda Development Board, where I led the implementation of strategic projects aimed at boosting investment and strengthening the country’s attractiveness. I later supported the Presidency of Benin on major structural reforms, including improving the business climate, establishing special economic zones, and developing public-private partnerships.
Building on this institutional foundation, I joined Volkswagen to support its expansion in Africa—first as a member of the Board of Volkswagen Rwanda, and then as Head of Business Development for the group across the continent. Since 2020, I have been leading Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda, where I deploy sustainable and smart mobility solutions tailored to African realities.
My guiding principle: combining strategic vision, execution excellence, and long-term impact to build a competitive, forward-looking continent.
