About Me
Retail and strategic management professional with over twenty years of experience leading complex organizations and developing businesses in high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
I led the expansion of Auchan in Senegal before creating and heading Auchan Retail Côte d’Ivoire. There, we achieved an unprecedented pace of 18 store openings in 18 months, helping to structure modern retail, strengthen local supply chains, and implement robust talent and leadership development programs. My approach combines strong strategic vision, hands-on execution, and people-centered leadership.
Today, as the head of my consulting firm, I support companies, investors, and institutions in their transformation, expansion, and operational performance improvement projects across Africa. I focus particularly on governance, business development, organizational optimization, and change management.
My ambition: to help leaders build resilient, high-performing organizations that create sustainable value in demanding and rapidly evolving African environments.
