About Me
I have built expertise at the crossroads of treasury, trading, correspondent banking, and business development within the WAEMU region. My career has been guided by a common thread: transforming banking organizations to increase their efficiency, profitability, and impact.
At Orabank, I established and led Togo’s first trading floor while overseeing a network of 12 correspondent subsidiaries across the region. This ability to innovate in demanding environments enabled me to build strong teams and strengthen the bank’s credibility in the markets.
In 2023, I took over as Head of Corporate Banking, where I demonstrated a strong results-driven approach: +13% growth in deposits, a reduction in non-performing loans, and over 100 billion FCFA in structured loans for both large corporations and SMEs/SMIs.
Today, as Managing Director of Ecobank Togo – and the first Togolese to hold this position – I am pursuing a dual commitment: accelerating the transformation of the banking sector and promoting female leadership that inspires future generations and paves the way for them.”
