About Me
For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to the development of sports and talent management in Africa, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Passionate about sports as a driver of socio-economic transformation, my vision is clear: to showcase African talent on the global stage.
In 2003, I opened the Africa branch of You First | Gersh in Dakar, an agency dedicated to guiding African players toward professional clubs. In 2007, I co-founded Aspire Football Dreams, a program that scouted over 3.5 million young talents across the continent.
I then contributed to the growth of African basketball as Vice President of the Senegalese Basketball Federation, and later as Chief Operating Officer of the Basketball Africa League (BAL), where I oversaw the organization of the first three seasons of this historic NBA league.
In 2022, I led the International Academy division of Aston Villa Football Club, developing partnerships in Africa to train the next generation of players. Today, through Vision 21 Sports Consulting, I support African sports stakeholders with a single ambition: to sustainably transform the ecosystem through strategic partnerships and bold local initiatives.
