A senior professional in the financial services industry, I am a key player in driving digitalization and financial inclusion across West and Central Africa. With nearly 20 years of experience, I have successfully combined strategic vision, inspirational leadership, and large-scale operational execution.
My career has taken me from Western Union, where I strengthened the company’s presence across nine African countries, to BNP Paribas (BICICI), where I supported the growth of retail banking. Since 2013, I have been with Visa, where I currently serve as Vice President and General Manager for Francophone & Lusophone West and Central Africa (17 countries). In this role, I lead major initiatives aimed at democratizing access to financial services through innovative partnerships with banks, fintechs, governments, and international institutions.
As an expert in multi-country market strategy, business development, and inclusive digital solutions, I embody a leadership style focused on sustainable impact, high performance, and social innovation.
