About Me
A visionary entrepreneur and tech strategist, I’ve dedicated the past two decades to building a more connected, inclusive, and interoperable financial Africa. Driven by the belief that local innovation is key to the continent’s economic transformation, I founded Onafriq (formerly MFS Africa) to build a true pan-African payment infrastructure, linking mobile wallets, banks, and fintechs across all 54 African countries.
Before launching Onafriq, I developed my expertise at the crossroads of strategy, tech, and telecoms—starting at PwC and then joining the MTN Group, where I led regional mobile money expansion. These experiences shaped my vision of a borderless digital ecosystem that truly meets the needs of people and businesses across Africa.
Today, as the head of one of Africa’s largest payment hubs, my mission continues: accelerating financial inclusion through robust, locally-rooted, and interconnected solutions—turning technology into a powerful driver of economic and social transformation.
