HR strategy and talent development expert, I have built a 20+ year career within major multinational companies, leading complex HR functions in multicultural, multi-site environments across Francophone Africa.
Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Regional HR Head at Olam Agri, I oversee the HR strategy for several countries, with a focus on aligning talent with business objectives, driving change management, and fostering collective performance.
Throughout my career, I have supported large-scale HR transformations—from the rollout of tools like SAP to the development of succession planning and leadership programs.
From Nestlé to Shell, including Barry Callebaut, G4S, and now Olam Agri, I have built both operational and strategic expertise across all HR levers: career management, labor relations, change leadership, and organizational transformation.
Deeply convinced that human capital is a key driver of growth in Africa, I help companies implement agile, inclusive HR policies tailored to local realities—with one clear goal: to unlock talent and build resilient, high-performing organizations.
