About Me
A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of a CFA certification in financial analysis, I have over 15 years of experience in social innovation and fintech. Through Susu, a pioneering platform in health insurance and digital services, I am committed to making access to quality healthcare more affordable and accessible for populations in West Africa, especially families and informal workers.
I have developed sustainable business models with high social impact, working in collaboration with major institutions such as the French Development Agency (AFD), the African Development Bank, and the World Bank, focusing on key issues such as financial inclusion and access to healthcare services.
In parallel, I regularly speak at conferences and serve as a mentor, sharing my insights on technological innovation, women’s entrepreneurship, and inclusive business models in Africa. My ambition is to inspire and support the next generation of women entrepreneurs to succeed in challenging environments.
My commitment has been recognized through several accolades, including my selection in 2023 as one of the African Business Heroes by the Jack Ma Foundation.
