My background

About Me

Graduated in Finance and Strategy, I began my career in 2002 in Dakar as a Credit Analyst at BICIS (BNP Paribas Group), before joining the Brittany Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2005, where I supported SMEs in their financing projects.
In 2007, I joined Philip Morris International. For nearly 12 years, I held several strategic positions across West and Central Africa — starting as a field manager, then Country Manager in Senegal and later in Côte d’Ivoire, before leading sales for the entire region. These experiences allowed me to drive growth strategies in complex markets and support the transformation of commercial organizations.
Since 2019, I have continued this momentum at Unilever as Customer Development Director for Francophone Africa. In 2023, I was appointed Managing Director for the region, with the mission of driving sustainable growth through operational excellence and commercial innovation.
Today, I leverage my expertise to build strong brands and high-performing teams, always keeping in focus the economic and human impact on African markets.
