About Me
For more than 15 years, I have been leveraging my expertise to promote sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Africa. As the Executive Secretary of the BGFIBank Foundation, which I founded in 2010, I support the group’s subsidiaries across 12 countries in structuring and leading high-impact social and environmental initiatives.
In parallel, I lead responsible communication and human resources for BGFIBank Group, overseeing brand strategy, media campaigns, and talent development. Prior to joining the group, I was Program Manager at UNDP Gabon, where I developed expertise in advocacy and strategic communication.
Convinced of the key role businesses play in sustainable transition, I initiated CSR Day in Gabon to engage executives in sustainability challenges. I also contributed to the creation of the NSIA Foundation and founded Leka, an agency specializing in organizational performance and responsible communication.
I hold a Master’s degree in Solidarity and International Actions from Institut Catholique de Paris, with additional expertise in strategy, finance, and leadership from HEC Paris.
