About Me
I’m an entrepreneur committed to reinventing the future of work in Africa through technology. After building a career in data science and finance at Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and Rothschild, I chose to leave large institutions behind to tackle a critical issue: human capital management on the continent.
In 2021, I founded Socium, an HR tech startup designed to meet the specific needs of African businesses. With a 30-person team across Dakar, Abidjan, and Douala, we’re digitizing the entire HR lifecycle — from recruitment to payroll — for hundreds of organizations across Africa. In 2024, we raised $5 million to accelerate our pan-African expansion.
I advocate for a sovereign, inclusive tech ecosystem designed from within Africa, serving its economic transformation. My commitment was recognized in the Choiseul 100 Africa ranking, which named me among the most influential young African leaders.
Through Socium, I support a new generation of entrepreneurs in building bold local solutions capable of sustainably strengthening our economies.
