About Me
With over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, entrepreneurship and sustainable development, my background is rooted in economic transformation in Africa.
I began my career at OTF Group in Rwanda, where I helped define national strategies for the key coffee and tea sectors, strengthening my understanding of African economic dynamics. At Novartis, I then led the multinational’s expansion in Africa, facilitating access to medicines for millions of people.
My commitment to SME development continued within the Adenia Partners fund, where I led the sourcing and execution of strategic transactions in Côte d’Ivoire. In 2018, I co-founded SUGUBA, a platform dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems in West Africa, with a focus on empowering women and young entrepreneurs. The creation of the Impact Hub incubator concretized my desire to support the innovation and growth of African startups.
Since 2022, as National Director of TechnoServe in Côte d’Ivoire, I have been working to position the organization as a key player in sustainable development.
My commitment to Africa was recognized in 2017 when I was named a Tutu Fellow, an award honoring the most promising young African leaders.
