About Me
For more than 10 years, I have supported executives, teams, and institutions in implementing high-impact strategic transformations. At the intersection of consulting, digital, and fintech, I have built strong expertise in managing complex projects, leading teams, and driving change within firms such as BearingPoint, EY, PwC, and CGI.
Specialized in organizational optimization, I design and lead restructuring projects, process digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives for both large corporations and innovative startups such as the French fintech Swile, specialized in employee benefits. I also work across Francophone Africa with economic actors, development partners, and investment funds, helping them structure their projects, diversify their portfolios, and secure operational execution.
Since June 2025, I have joined Wave Mobile Money as Manager of Partnerships & Business Development. I lead strategic partnerships with the Central Bank and telecom operators, secure technical and regulatory integrations, and contribute to developing key products (virtual card, bill payments, savings, credit) to accelerate B2B growth and strengthen financial inclusion.
My commitment to the continent has also been reflected in my leadership of the African Business Club Paris, where I managed a team of 40 people to promote African innovation and economic opportunities.
