My journey
As Director for BTD Grupo in West Africa, I support companies and institutions in carrying out critical infrastructure projects, particularly in the water, energy, and healthcare sectors. In particular, I oversaw the construction of a 5,000 m³ water tower in Abobo, Ivory Coast, which significantly improved access to water for thousands of residents. My expertise covers the development and management of structuring projects, with a particular focus on resource optimization, risk management, and transnational collaboration. I collaborate with public and private institutions to implement infrastructure projects with a high socioeconomic impact, such as the supervision of a port project in Benin.
Drawing on my banking experience, I assist multinationals in identifying expansion and partnership opportunities in West Africa, while helping them navigate the regulatory and operational complexities associated with cross-border projects. My approach prioritizes a rigorous assessment of financial risks, ensuring effective management of long-term economic constraints.
